I want to get some more muscle, what excercises can i do at home?!


Question: I want to get some more muscle, what excercises can i do at home.?
Well i want to get some muscle and i want to know what can i do at home just to get abit stronger.

All i have is a one hand dumbell (just 1 though). also theres a mini boxing bag outside. also how many things should i do (reps) and how often. I am 17 and i have been using the one hand dumbells for a while now and i can lift up to 10kg.

What matters is not what kind of excercises you do but how you do them. For example, if you wanted to build muscle mass you would try and do excercises that tears muscle tissue - this involves quick bursts of effort. If you can lift up to 10kg now, find a weight that can exhaust your muscles in 7-8 repetitions, and repeat three cycles. Your muscles should feel sore afterward, at which point you should eat plenty of protein, shakes, fish, egg, what you like. If you're 17 be careful as to what sort of excercises you do as if you over train your growth may be stunted. best of luck.Health Question & Answer

get another dumbell of the same weight and do some workouts with those! or you can just work out with that alone

do curls 3 sets of 40 reps each arm with 30 to 60 seconds of rest in between

do 3 sets of 30 reps body dips

Food: Have ur food well balanced... with more pulses to give more protein ...there by developing ur muscles.. and just do a littel bit of ur exercise with ur dubells... Dont discontinue ur exercise,,,... :)Health Question & Answer
