My husband is one of 9 kids from a man with only one testicle. There must be something more going on. The white stuff is separate from the sperm that swim in it. The count has to be high enough as few of the swimmers make it to the egg. If there are too few and they are too weak they don't seem to make it to ground zero.Health Question & Answer
