I am actually worried about the size of mi penis! When not erected, it's just slightly moe than an inche, and when fully erected its just a miserable 3.5 inches! I'm 14 and i've been getting worried about this since my penis doesn't seem to grow at all. That is not ridiculously small. Yes it is under average for an adult but nowhere near micropenis, for example.
Time, genetics, and regular masturbation will help it grow I suspect, and it will be average too. Be sure you aren't overweight, being fat stunts the growth of the penis, and even conceals part of it -- otherwise its just a matter of time, you should be fine.
