Waxing your privates is nearly impossible. Pubic hair is course and very well attached. If you really want to remove it you will have to shave it off. Carefully trim with scissors first then shave with a regular safety razor. Same for your testicles. Just be very careful. It would seem at your age you would not have a lot of hair to remove. Why bother now, wait til you are older. If you take physical training or join a sport in high school you will have to share a locker room and showers with other guys. actually, hot wax around the "privates" is not really a good idea. The testicles need to be a certain temperature or else the semen die. The temperature is a little bit below body temperature that is why they're away from the body. Plus, everything is on your body for a reason, you have pubic hair for a reason. I wouldn't shave or wax, but rather trim your pubic hair.
