Answers:
My Semen Analysis as follows:

Liquefaction Time:"50" mts =it took about fifty minutes

Colour: Grey = its greyish in color, usually indicating a high count.

Volume: 2.5 ml = you ejaculated 2 and a half millileters of sperm

Viscosity: Low Viscous = basicly, its not its not very stretchy, just more clumpy

Reaction: Alkaline = they can swim

ph: 7.5 = it means your ejaculatory vessels arent blocked or dialated at all

Spermatozoa Count: 8800000 (lakhs/ml) = you have potent semen.

Motility-Rapid Progressive: 30% = 30% of the sperm cells swim at a rapid rate

Sluggishly progressive: 50% = 50% of them swim in a slower pace

Non Motile: 20% = 20% do not swim at all

Agglutination: none of the sperm cells are conjoined with one another

Pus cells: 3-5/hpf = just means that there are blank, dead cells, everyone has them, and your level for it is normal

Epithelial Cells: 1-2/hpf = it seems like you have half the normal ammout of sperm producing tissues

RBC's: Nil/hpf = sorry, i just dont know that one
