How to do full body push ups?!


Question: How to do full body push ups.?
well i can do 50 normal push ups, about 30 to 40 wide and triangle push ups but now i am tired of those and i want to go to the next level so how can i do full body push ups (when the whole body gets of the ground) i will do anything so tell me what i have to do, how long will it take and how many times should i do it in a day and in a week, make sure you tell me exactly what i have to do so i dont hurt myself and ya how can i do hand stand push ups (i tried balancing myself on my hands but i always fall so how long will that take to master)

Answers:
you can just put your legs/feet on a chair/bed, and do the pushups that way.

Other than the handstand pushups, this is the only thing I can think of.

You also can do wheelbarrows, i guess, but this requires a training partner.

Have someone carry your legs, and you walk with your hands, doing a pushup at every step you walk with your hands, You can take more steps than do a pushup too, if you find the first method a little too tough.Health Question & Answer
