I have lost a lot of weight and its the easiest diet I have been on. First you have to exercise a little bit, no way out of this one. I started walking 3 times a week, I started by doing 1 mile then 2 miles. I do 12 miles a week now.

Food, I love to eat, and eat a lot. I eat those weight watcher meals, or similar like smart ones etc. but I have to eat 2 of them with baked chips and salsa, and lots of water to fill me up, treat yourself to diet coke too when your really hungry. I have this for lunch and dinner. Breakfast I eat a healthy cereal bar with coffee.

I also drink beer, I can't give up beer. I like my buzz, I drink 6 beers with 2 bloody mary's 3 times a week. I switched to Michelob ultra. I have been sticking to this for 4 months and have lost 30lbs. This to me is a nice diet I can live with.

Oh yea don't forget to take a multivitamin, and on Friday or Saturday night treat yourself, eat whatever you want and as much as you want. One time a week or else you won't last. Good luck.

Oh something else, my diabetes has been eliminated completely, and my doctor took me off the meds, my high blood pressure has come down drastically, and doctor reduced my dosage, and i am pounding the wife more than ever. HAHA good luckHealth Question & Answer
