Question: Does masturbating make it harder to get ripped.?
Me and my friends have gotten into the working out spirit lately. Me and a few friends hit the gym all the time but they stopped masturbating because they say it causes muscle loss and makes it harder to get ripped because of testosterone loss or something. Is this true.? I want to get ripped more than have a short period of pleasure but if its not going to change anything, why should i.? Oh and can someone recommend a protein powder that doesnt taste like complete butthole, no vanilla or chocolate. Health Question & Answer

Masturbating won't make it any harder/easier to gain weight, unless you're doing it enough to wear your arms out! However, it sometimes makes you sleepy, so wait till after your workout to do it! So go on, have fun, and work hard!

As for protein powder, they're all nasty. I suggest the cheap whey protein, its just as good as the expensive. Then mix it in milk and add some sort of syrup (chocolate or strawberry, depending on the protein). It helps take the nasty aftertaste off a bit.Health Question & Answer

Genetics determine how ripped you can get. The myth that masturbating makes it harder to get ripped is just that, a lie. Of course the other lie that you are buying is that your friends stopped. They didn't, I guarantee it. They are doing it every day, and all lying to each other.
