Whats the diffrence between semen and sperm?!

semen is the fluid the sperm are in, the fluid you actually see come out of the penis when the man ejaculates. Semen is very alkaline to help decrease the acidity of the vagina to prevent all the sperm from being killed inside the vagina. I think the other posters have pretty well covered the subject, but I think they made a small mistake.
Semen contains sperm. You would not say semen and sperm, when sperm is present, it is part of semen. So semen is the fluid plus sperm. A man who has had a vasectomy has semen with no sperm. It is more or less clear, while normal semen is cloudy white.Health Question & Answer
