Ok I was 17 then now I'm 18, when I moved during the healing process after I check up the doc said everything was ok. So we move and after awhile everything looked fine expect the stiches are still noticeable and must of all there is an extra peice of skin sticking out along the stich line, it is really noticeable and unattractive. Well I'm really embarrsed about the whole situation, I'm now movin back to that town what should I do as far as gettin this exta skin removed.?Health Question & Answer

Even though it is now a year later, you should see the original surgeon and explain rationally what you see as problems and ask him to resolve them at no extra cost.
Any reasonable surgeon will correct his own mistakes if drawn to his attention within a reasonable time. A year IS a reasonable time as you were waiting for everything to fully settle down and had been advised that it takes 9-12 months for this after a circumcision.Health Question & Answer
