Question: Do you think its still Possible for me to Grow.?
i'm 18 and i admit i havent lived the healthiest lifestyle..but now im seeing that compared to other people my age im not as tall, and i still havent caught up to my parents yet
so do you think if i start eating right and exercising, i will be able to grow before 21....or is it too late.?
btw. i'm a male, i'm 5'7, and my parents are both 5'9

It is possible you may grow a little more but not by much. I am a 3 inch's smaller than you and it has not stopped me having a good life. I have had many women of all colors, been to many country's and meet people from all walks of life. The best thing is to except who ever it is you are going to be and just get on with enjoying life, making friends and lovers etc. My dad is taller than me as are most of my friends but I have done and had far more fun than all my friends because I accepted I was going to be short and just got on with living a happy life..Health Question & Answer
