I have been really depressed lately and for the past week I have been pooping out green. I haven't been eatting much and really have not had any greens.

Generally, a green color to stool or vomit indicates the presence of bile, a secretion from the gall bladder to help digestion of fats. You don't say if your stomach is hurting or if you have pain at all. Diarrhea is caused by many things, but it is the cilia (finger like protrusions along the intestinal wall) working faster than normal and moving food through the intestines faster than normal. As a result the body does not have a chance to digest and absorb nutrients and fluids. If you are not eating and have diarrhea, the body is trying to remove something that it perceives as a threat. As I said, there are numerous causes.
Since it has been going on for a week I would recommend seeing your doctor. A good OTC med for diarrhea is Imodium. If you are having cramps with diarrhea, then I suggest Imodium AD. I also recommend going to one of the following web sites for more info on diarrhea. Both have an easy to use and understand symptom checker. webmd.com or mayoclinic.com.
I can sympathize with you as I have a disease called Irritable Bowel Syndrome and fight diarrhea on a regular basis. Something else that might help is eating applesauce. Usually 1 cup daily will help out. Some other foods that help with diarrhea are bananas, cheese and rice. Both web sites will also give you tips on stopping and preventing diarrhea as well as other bowel care tips.
