Question to do with the male puberty/development?!

Question: Question to do with the male puberty/development.?
Ok here it goes, Ever since having reached puberty I have gotten what appears to be, slightly swollen nipples. This is very weird in my opinion. I have a solid build (not meaning fat); I play sport mainly rugby and it does not seem to change very much whether or not I do lose any weight. The glands in my chest appear to be swollen slightly and I also have slightly swollen lymph glands near my crotch. I have no clue what this is, all that I can add is that I do have slight ache on my back. Please could someone provide me with a reasonable answer, and lastly I am 17 years old if that would make any difference.

Answers:
What you describe with your chest and pubic areas are merely the result of your being in puberty(which will end pretty soon). Your testosterone is merely very aggressive.
The backache is a different issue. The fact that you are an athletic boy indicates that you probably have muscle ache, which is nothing to be concerned with.
Based upon the information you provide, you probably are a very healthy boy. Health Question & Answer

The slightly swollen nipple area can be quite common in pubescent boys , but the swollen glands near your crotch especially if linked to back pain is worth asking your doctor for investigation
However the back pain could be just due to a sporting injury and perhaps playing rugby you got kicked in the crotch .?.?
