Question about lifting weights?!

Question: Question about lifting weights.?
Ok well I'm trying to lose weight but I just care how I look. I am getting into shape for basketball. I lift weights 3x a week and run on the treadmill 4x a week. (And yeah that adds up to 7 which is a whole week but I do both on certain days) But I just have a question on lifting weights.

Monday - I lift a weight that improves my biceps. 100x (sets of 10) and also do a weight that strengthes my legs. 100x (sets of 10)

Wednesday - I lift a weight that improves my triceps. 100x (sets of 10) and I also do a weight that strengthes my legs. 100x (sets of 10)

Friday - I lift a weight that improves my biceps. 100x (sets of 10) and strengthen my legs. 100x (sets of 10)

But I just don't wanna use 1 thing to lift weights. Theres like 3 or 4 more stations where I can lift weights. My question is, like on Monday, I do a weight that improves my biceps. It says so on the thing. But on the other stations, it doesn't say what it helps you with. And my friend said you are not suppose to lift for biceps and triceps on the SAME day. also theres station where you lay down and lift up which improves your chest. But I don't know if I should be doing that with triceps day or biceps day. also theres this station where you sit down on a chair (kinda like a chair) and you lift down and then let it go up, then down again. Again, is that for triceps or biceps.?

I'm 14 btw.Health Question & Answer
