Question: How to get six pack abs and biceps.?
I know there are several questions about this, but I needed to ask my own. I really want this and am willing to make lots of life-changes to get this. Thanks for the help :)Health Question & Answer

Six pack abs come through one thing: low body fat percentage. You may have an eight pack chillin' under your fat right now, but until you get under ideally 10% body fat, you won't see them. For abs, body fat percentage is NUMBER ONE, and you should see that everywhere else if people know what they're talking about. Check that out, read through, and then click on "Exercises" under the "SuperSite" section and click on the abs. There's tons of exercises, and no bullshit ones, for we're talking about a serious lifting website, not "take these pills and do this exercise" sites.

Biceps, I suggest the same thing. Go to the exercises and click on the guy's biceps and find the exercises that suit you or that you would more than likely be most comfortable with. Working your back muscles directly works your biceps too, so keep that in mind.

Browse that website and, depending on your physique and where you want to end up, look for plans and workout outlines to help you get started.

Start loading up on high-protein foods and cut out sugary, salty, fatty (trans fat wise), and oily foods. That site has absolutely everything you need, from nutrition to the plans.

Don't make it hard on yourself. I always got really frustrated seeing the "Bill Starr's 5 x 5 workout" and the "Westside workout" among hundreds of others. The number one thing that will change you is BUSTING your ***. Don't half *** anything in the gym, go until your muscle burns and you are completely fatigued. Too many don't and wonder why no results happen. Bust, bust, bust your ***. Give yourself a few months in a good routine to see results, as you will probably see them even sooner.

ok, i'm not a guy, but I still know how. You can do lots and lots of crunchs, about 20 every morning and every night. Then, you can use arm curlers after the crunches. I know that crunches sound like they don't do anything, but they really do work if you keep it up! :)Health Question & Answer

do a sit up twist once
do another twist twice
do another twist 3 times
do another twist 4 times
do another twist 5 times
i go all the way up to 90
and biceps all i can curl is 10 sets of 15 lbs.Health Question & Answer
