What is the best way to shave my pubic hair down uner?!

Multi-blades seem to work best. Going with the grain of the hair is advisable - most cuts seem to come from shaving against the grain because doing so lifts up the hair and this pulls the skin into the blade(s). In this case quality razor and shave cream will prove the saying - you get what you pay for.

Only shave what's sticking out of your pants (if it's like a forest)...
Or if it's really long, trim it to about 1" long :)
