How to get more muscles?!


Question: How to get more muscles.?
im trying to get more muscles everywhere (arms chest back ect.) but im a little young. i hope this helps with your answers

Resistance training will be great for you. More muscle mass burns more calories and that means more fat loss. Try to eat frequently and eat healthy food. The more sodas and junk food you cut out, the better you will look and feel. Try to get plenty of protein at every meal. Some good choices are beef, chicken, fish, milk, and eggs.

-Running will do wonders for you. It will boost your energy and make you much healthier. It will also help you with football.
-Figure about how many push ups you can do at one time. Then do that number of push ups 3 or 4 times a day, every day. You can even do the push ups at different angles by raising or lowering your foot position.
-Lunges are great. They help to develop your hamstrings and glutes. They will also make your knees stronger.
-Sit ups are good also, if done correctly.
-Step ups are great for cardio and strengthening your lower half.
-Planks are an amazing exercise for your core (abs, lower back)
-These are just a few that I thought of off the top of my head...

The stuff that I mentioned above could make up a routine. If you do all of that every day, it would probably take less than 30 minutes. Resistance training and cardio will make you lean, strong, and confident. Look on youtube.com for videos of any of the exercises that I mentioned. It's a good, safe routine for someone your age and it will give good results.

At 12, you want to be careful what you do so it won't interfere with your natural growth.

Make sure to eat well, healthy, by having fist sized portions of protein in your diet with every meal (lean meats, chicken, fish, beans). Drink your milk! It helps to build bones and more, reach for the best milk you can find. Veggies are necessary, make sure you get a wide variety; lots of greens, yellow and red colored and with every meal.

Exercise could be weightlifting, but be sure not to over do it, you don't want to build too much muscle yet. Wait another year to increase your routine. When your hormones really kick in and you have growth spurts, then you can do even more.
