18 y/o male; help growing taller?!
Question: 18 y/o male; help growing taller.?
I'm at about 5feet 6 1/2 inches. I know guys grow until about 25, but i want to know what i can do to have most effective results and grow to my full potential. I'm already significantly taller than both my parents, and i know that puts me at a disadvantage already, but i think i can grow more. my goal it around 5' 10''. any exercises, activity, or specific stretches i can do to increase my chances.? Dude, you're not even short really. Average height in America is around 5'8" or something, so you're just an inch shorter than average. Most girls are 5'3" to 5'4" so you should be fine. I'm a guy and I'm like 5'5" as well, and there's no problems here. Health Question & Answer
