Well first of all keep up the good work - I hope you enjoy those 10-15 minutes.? Quite likely your body is not ready for orgasm or ejaculation yet - I'm sure this will happen eventually. You could try different techniques - many guys never get beyond the basics, and miss out on a lot of pleasure -

My suspicion is that you are too young to c*m yet. I started at a late 13 or early 14. As for orgasm, if you haven't tried using some lotion to make it smooth and feel better -- try. It may make you orgasm, if it doesn't, it will if you keep doing it regularly, within a few months.
