I've been with both, and honestly to me, I can't tell a difference, at least when having sex or during oral..once it's hard, the foreskin "goes back" (not sure how to explain) and it looks like a 'normal' penis. my husband is cut, and so is every guy i've ever been with. i would not be opposed to being intimate with someone who wasn't (if i weren't in a committed relationship, that is), and in fact, i'm very curious about what it would be like.
