Question: When my husband and i have sex he gets off but doesn't ejaculate, that ever happen to any of you.?
This doesn't happen when we're having sex only when i jack him off or give him oral and it's not all of the time, maybe only 25% of the time. i know it's not at all possible that he's faking because we have the kind of relationship that he would most definitely tell me if what i was doing wasn't "doing it" for him.
it honestly doesn't bother him because he has the feeling of an orgasm just no semen. but it does make me feel a bit inadequate because i love getting him off and i feel like i haven't done that even though he says i did.
so i need to know... has this happened to any of you guys.? and do you think it's a big enough problem that we need to see a physician about it.? and just how common (if at all) is this.?

Your guy probably has a common condition called retrograde ejaculation, which is frequently seen in people with diabetes. The semen enters the penis via the ejaculatory ducts, which pass through the prostate. At the time of ejaculation, a muscle at the opening to the bladder squeezes shut. With each muscle contraction, the semen is propelled down the urethra and out the opening of the penis. However, if there is nerve damage due to diabetes, the muscle at the opening to the bladder will not close off properly, and the semen enters the bladder instead of shooting out the end of the penis.
Your urologist can diagnose this condition easily by checking your urine for semen after ejaculation. If this is the problem, you may try medication to strengthen the function of the muscle that closes the bladder. Or you may have sperm collected from the bladder to use for insemination or for in vitro fertilization

How do you know it doesn't happen when your having sex.? Maybe you just don't notice because you can't see it.? Maybe he has no sperm. He's shooting blanks.

its never happend to me....im not trying to scare you or anything, but maybe you should see a physician.? i mean...when guys orgasm, sperm is suppsed to come out. Ejaculation lol. ya know.?

has he had a vasectomy.? I have known guys who have this happen afterwords. Unless he has not, and you are attempting to conceive, I would not worry too much about it. Health Question & Answer

Orgasm and ejaculation can be separated. Maybe he has learned how to do that and hold it back so as not to be messy during or al or a hand job.?
He could also feel uptight about releasing it on you, and his system tightens up, making it go up into his bladder instead of coming out.
