Question: Im constantly tired and dont know why.?
Ive been like this since i got into high school, so its been about 6 years. Im constantly tired, regardless of how much sleep i get, if i take a power nap im perfectly fine though. Even if i get 12 hours of sleep ill be tired and have headaches, if i get off my computer and lay down in my bed this very second i would fall asleep. The other problem is i cant sleep at night. So when i take power naps it throws my sleep patterns off completely. It could be from low blood pressure, i know i have about 60-68 beats per second which is pretty low. Any ideas of how to fix this annoying problem i have.? (im extremely tired in the day but wide awake at night, even if i dont take a nap)Health Question & Answer

hey man im the same.. unfortunatly all you can do is force yourself up in the morning, drink some coffee, wake you up, listen to loud music, pump you up, call your friends and get in a good mood, and try and keep busy so you wont have the opertunity for a power nap.. dunno if this is your thing but maybe smoke some pot in the nights because it really will help you sleep... but just keep real busy all day and wair youself out, take control of your body and dont let it slow you down! hope this helps good luck mateHealth Question & Answer

Eat healthy, exercise a lot, no sugar at all, that gives you a high energy and makes you hyper, but afterward makes you tiered.

What is sleep apnea.?

Sleep apnea means that you often stop breathing for 10 seconds or longer during sleep. The problem can be mild to severe, based on the number of times each hour that you stop breathing or how often your lungs don't get enough air. This may happen from 5 to 50 times an hour.

A less common type of apnea, called central sleep apnea, can occur in people who have had a stroke, have heart failure, or have a brain tumor or infection. Your doctor may suggest a sleep study. A sleep study usually takes place at a sleep center, where you will spend the night. How is it treated.?

You may be able to treat mild sleep apnea by making changes in how you live and the way you sleep. For example:

Lose weight if you are overweight.
Sleep on your side and not your back.
