okay now i honestly dont know the answer to this question its a good one. i think it has something to do with when we are in the womb and chromosomes because girls have nipples as well to breast feed but to be honest i am unsure .

males have nipples because when we are inside of the womb, we all start off as females so we gain the breast tissue and nipples but then we adapt into males. but they are not necessary for anything at all, yet they can be very sensitive. Health Question & Answer
