How many miles should i run a week?!


Question: How many miles should i run a week.?
i really do not have time with my busy schedule to run everyday. i would like to run every weekend. i just started weight training like 3 times a week. i'm 17 yrs old very short 5'8 or 5'9 and weight 120 pounds. but my stomach need a little work it's looks like i need to drop like 3 pounds to have a flat flat stomach. what do i do.? what would you recommend.? thank youHealth Question & Answer

I wouldn't really worry about miles, i'd go for time. just go as long as you can until you get extremely tired. also, try crunches. when i first started working out, I did about 100 a day and then slowly progressed to 300-500 (depending on how much time i had) so i'd do the same if i were you. the trick is to balance yourself. you want to get a good workout but not strain yourself too much. I find that stretching after a workout helps to decrease your soreness the next day. good luck :)Health Question & Answer

Try to run as much as you can:nothing to do with myles And repeat that ,till you feel better and then run longer,because you carry less weight:it gets easier in the long run.
