plz tell me its not cancer or a tumerHealth Question & Answer

Answers:
It depends on just what 'on my left nut' means.
If you're talking about on the actual testicle itself then it may be just a localised trauma to the testicle or the epydidymus (where the testicle joins with the tube to carry sperm out) from daily living. You may have hit your testicles in your sleep or accidentally pulled it under your when sitting/standing. These little things come and go a lot and mean nothing. If it's a bit tender then you're most unlikely to have testicular cancer as they're usually rather painless.

If you mean on your scrotal sac then it's most likely a sebaceous cyst and will be easily squeezed like a pimple. If you don't squeeze it, it'll just continue to get bigger and you'll eventually need to go to the doc and have it cut out under a local injection. Health Question & Answer

i sugesst you go and see a doctor because a white lump could be a build up of some white substance, maybe puss or "****", built up under the skin. Or it could be more serious so go and get it checked :)Health Question & Answer

It's probably a small cyst on the surface of your scrotum. They're fairly common in males.

If it bothers you, make an appointment to see your doctor. if necessary, he can remove it. Health Question & Answer
