Relax, mate. You are okay. It is just a cyst. Very much like a zit, as you say. It will just go away after a while. But do not squeeze it. If a soreness develops go to your doctor. I cannot hazard a guess as to what you are afflicted with. But, any family doctor can recognize the nature of the lump on your scrotum. It can be an ingrown hair:get it out with pointed tweezers or it is the beginning of a zit
Put neosporine on it 3x a day.
You'll be fine in no time
