ive been dating this boy for about 2 years now, and i have dated boys before him of course.
and there was a comerical on tv tonight and it was talking about circumsized penises. and i was like " does it hurt to get your penis circumsized" just being silly. cus we are very open with each other...
and he like ignored me, so i said it again kiddingly.

You are so lucky if he is uncircumcised (intact). There are so many advantages to you and to him if he has all of his penis. An erect intact penis does often look much like a circumcised one but there should still be enough loose skin to be able to slide it up right over the head with the gliding action of the loose skin. Many foreskins go back on their own as soon as the penis becomes erect. So this may be why you have not seen him retract before putting on a condom. Circumcised guys often have little or no movable skin left and are forced to masturbate using lube or rubbing dry, without the loose skin.
Even if he has a naturally short foreskin he will have more sensitivity than a circumcised male and sex for you will be gentler and more enjoyable because the skin acts like extra lube and he can feel enough without pounding away really hard.

When the penis is erect they can often all look very much the same. When they are flaccid (not erect) the circumcised penis still has the "helmut" look to it while the uncircumcised penis has a peep-hole/hood covering it. Maybe you've only seen hard ones... ; )Health Question & Answer

Anyway, the glans is still exposed on an intact guy when they are erect, on a lot of guys the foreskin goes back automatically, others pull it back. Either way you get to see the head. Have you ever seen it soft.? Then the head would be covered.
It might interest you to know that most guys worldwide aren't circumcised and even in the USA though it's a majority who are, it's only 70%.
BTW, what did the commercial say.? I can't think how a commercial could talk about circumcision! What was it for.?
