Why does 20 minutes of sleep effect my day.?!


Question: Why does 20 minutes of sleep effect my day..?
Ok forget all scenarios, if i were to wake up, with nothing scheduled during the day, I wake up at 7:50 everyday, but when i wake up at 7:20 on school days, how come 20 or 30 minutes seems to effect my whole day, it seems like im tired the whole day because i didnt get those extra 20 or 30 minutes. its kinda hard to explain.Health Question & Answer

You must be in REM sleep during the last 20 minutes, which is the "dream sleep", and is the most important.
