I am taking one of those vitapaks that you get at GNC. Today I decided to look up the individual vitamins. The only one that I can't seem to find any good information on what it is for is "whole oat powder." My vitapak has 800mg of this. What does it do.?Health Question & Answer

I havent found any emperical evoidence to support that claim, but it does have a reputation - right down the phrase "feeling out thier wild oats"
