My boyfriend had a bit of a problem..?!

Question: My boyfriend had a bit of a problem...?
keeping it up when we were having sex... he could get hard and start to enter, but then lost it... But he didn't have any problem if I was performing oral. I was a virgin the first time we tried, he is not, I'm almost 30 and he is 40. We've been together for almost a year. He blamed the anticipation of it all and stage fright, but it happened 3 different times. What can I do to help him out.?Health Question & Answer

I have experienced this problem with my boyfriend (he is 8 yrs older than me), and I hate to say it, but you're entering your prime, and he is leaving his....doesn't mean it's the end of the world, just means you'll have to work a little to get things going back up again no pun intended. It helps with my relationship that we don't have sex every single day, and it also helps us to change positions and activities during lovemaking. we have to be in good moods as well. that has a big impact on the outcome of any sex act, because if he feels you are mad or in a bad space, he will feel more pressure to pleasure you, which will in turn scare him limp. try making it all about him and do some special things for him that have nothing to do with sex, and maybe it will make him feel grateful to have a girl like you and he'll feel more like the man he wants to be with you. sorry for rambling. i just went through this.Health Question & Answer

i agree with eddie. Viva Viagra. as for you, loosen up. masturbate, get toys, penetrate with something else first. he should use his fingers and tongue to loosen and lube up your muscles. lube in a tube works good too, but tongues feel nicer. maybe try sprays or a **** ring. who knows. a trip to the sex shop might be what you both need. ;)Health Question & Answer

Try to flex you vagina muscles to grip his penis as much as possible. If he does not have something to help support his erection - it fizzles out.Health Question & Answer

I don't mean anything by this but your 29 and he's 40....he's one lucky guy lol. Anyway, he probably needs some kind of drug to help him stay up. It happens.Health Question & Answer

Just tell him that it's OK!.. so that he doesn't get way stress and the failure anxiety. That could become an actual screw up for him if he starts to worry every time every time! Just tell him not to worry about it, and that sex isn't going to be the same every time, which it isn't Can you imagine what a turn off that pre worry would be for him.? Almost like a self fulfilling self generated prophesy.

There's stuff that can effect a Dude at 40 and get in the way like trying after eating too much or when his digestion is going through or if he hasn't been getting enough rest from work. Time of day.

He has his peak times and best individual pattern, and the best bet would be for him to keep mental note and discover his body as to when and under what conditions he is going to run the least obstacles and finds himself most inwardly feeling easy to get turned on.

At 24 which is my age, nothing gets in the way, but I read that as a Dude gets into his 40's and 50's and on up, these things start to become important and taking advantage of individual body characteristics can keep awesome Love Making going on into the 70's and 80's. Maybe not quite as often in the later year. Hahaha!

Hope that helps some.
