I've had four girlfriends in the past. I always had a problem that when I hold hands for at least couple hours with my girl, and we tickle each other, but no more, I'd go to the washroom and see a little bit of semen on my underwear. It's nowhere near as much as when I ejaculate from sex or masturbation. Now I don't feel anything other than being hard. I never feel the discharge or anything.
