Nearly any drug taken in large enough excess can make you sick or kill you. Tylenol is one of the safer pain relievers. Taken in excess as with the 10 pills you mention, may make you very sick but should not be lethal. This depends on several factors. The individuals weight, when they last ate something and how ill they are to begin with. To be on the safe side go to the ER or a walk in clinic. Tylenol can be lethal but only in huge doses. I am talking many grams (1 gram = 1000 mg). In lab tests with animals 1 gram per kilogram of body weight was found to be lethal. If that ratio holds true in humans then a 150 lb person would have to ingest around 60 grams of Tylenol, that's 60,000 mg.! (around 96 extra strength Tylenol tablets) Long term chronic use of large doses can cause liver damage. BE SAFE, SEE A DOCTOR!Health Question & Answer
You wouldn't die from 10, you'd probably just get sick and do some damage to your filtration organs. I know someone who took around 25 and she puked A LOT and had to go to the hospital and have her stomach pumped, no dying, not even passing out, just her body getting ****** up.

If you are planning to pull this stupid trick to get even with somebody or for sympathy - get ready to go to the E.R to have your stomach pumped out and then get ready for sessions w/a shrink.

You would be VERY alive and VERY upset. Modern Tylenol is laced with a chemical that when ingested in certain amounts you will violently throw up. In addition, you risk ulcerations throughout your GI tract. These are very painful and cause internal bleeding.

I think it could have a bad effect because it will be an Over-dose I don't think anyone wants that to happen to them and maybe death I'm really not sure but 10 FN tylenol's is crazy! They have dosage amounts for a reason right.?Health Question & Answer
