If you wake up tired, cranky, irritable and sleepy. you could suffer from insomnia, where you wake up feeling as if you had no sleep at all, so it could be stress as well, both cause temporary sleeping problems that makes one very tired when he/she awakes, those problems can usually be taken care of with a energy drink, during the day, Vitamins helps also.. take this first thing when you awakening in the morning..Health Question & Answer

it's probably fatigue. Fatigue is a illness cause by lack of water. Normally your body needs 8 cups of liquids a day. Are you drinking 8 cups of liquids a day.? If not you should try having more water and see if your still tired. When your body runs low on water it steals your energy to fill that spot in and that's why your tired so try drinking more water.Health Question & Answer
