After you work out with pushups, the day after you are sore so you cant do any whatif you are sore the nextday

Your sore because your ripping your muscles from the weights, sounds iffy. but actually, its what you need to do to get better muscle Definition. just only need to remember one thing, warm down and stretch yours arms aLOT after doing the push ups. look on websites and youtube for decent stretches will help relax for arms back to normal... meaning the sore arms will hurt less!

thats normal . .. most workout routines are done once a week so that you can have a week to recover your muscles. especially when you lose track of your fitness because of school or work or whatever.
i remember being sore for weeks after getting into benching again after summer break. soreness is good!!Health Question & Answer

It would depend on how many you can do and how many you are doing in a work out. If you are doing 2 or 3 sets of the maximum I'd advise only doing them 2 or 3 times a week at most. If you are only doing 75-80 percent of max then you could do them every other day.Health Question & Answer
