Answers:
if you are not used to lifting that weight then yes you will become stronger. But if you don't increase your weight and you continue using the same weight, you will not become anystronger then what you are. Lifting the same weight over and over will tone your muscles and make them more defined but your strenght will stay the same. Your body just becomes used to lifting the same weight everytime so it doesn't feel the need to grow more muscle. If you wish to become stronger you do repetions with that weight. Two or Three sets of 10 to 12 each time. once you can do that without failing ( becoming tired and are unable to lift anymore) you increase the weight (probably about five pounds) and do the same repetions until you are able to do that without fail, once you have done that repeat that process every time adding more weightHealth Question & Answer

Yes, but you need to increase the weight as it becomes easy to do. If 10 kg is hard to do, then start with 5 kg then 7kg then 10kg, What you are doing is demanding your body to lift these weight repeatably that will result in muscle increase. Therefore more muscles and strength.Health Question & Answer

Combined with rest, and a good diet, will make your muscles grow stronger. (even with a poor diet, regular exercise will show some results) So it is good to lift them everyday!Health Question & Answer
