i had my first full body physical exam today... i find the penis exam part a bit embarrassing and uncomfortable to say the least... it was my 1st time laying there on the bed, fully exposed, being looked at, touched, and squeezed by another man!! But...its REAL important you get these exams done. They are the main way the doctor has of making sure you are ok down there.
What helps me is that to the Doctor you are just another piece of meat to work on. I doubt he gets a thrill out of it at all, he's too busy trying to figure out what he's feeling and comparing notes in his head. I was stunned when I first had that full body exam and I kept laughing during the whole process because the doctor (and I hate him co'z he's a gay judging his face. He's wearing make-up that time!) keeps on touching my abs and my penis which is very sensitive to touch and so it tickles me alot. and that's the first time I had it.
