You should AT LEAST bench half your weight (70 lbs.). I'm the exact size as you (a little bit more on the 160 side now) but my Senior year I was that size and I maxed out on bench my exact weight which was 135 at the time. That is at least once. If you mean by ten times then at least half your weight but it really varies on your physical standards and previous weightlifting experience. Hope this helps.Health Question & Answer

that depands on how often you do weights if you do weights at a regular basis then you should be able to bench 180 lbs . but that requiers about 4 - 5 weeks of practice thats doing chest work out at least once a week - only try with someone spotting you...
