No, but neither do females. I grew up thinking adults were "mature" and knew better than I did, someone to look up to. Then I started work, and this guy about 50 in my office sat next to me. He would throw fits like a kid, lied, cheated, stole, everything that a kid would do. Made me realize that growing up physically doesn't mean that everyone grows up mentally; after years of observation I find that most don't. Yet you can find a kid of 17 that may be far more mature than most adults. So it is certainly a mental, not physical trait to be really "mature". Health Question & Answer

Probably not, take Russell Brand and Jonathon Ross for instance. They are old enough to know better but these are a minority like some men.
