Question: i look quite skinny. how should i go about gaining weight around chest, shoulders and arms.? (see details).?
I am around 6ft 1", aged 17 and weight about 150 pounds. I am looking to end up gaining around about 14 pounds (1 stone) or more.
However, i only have a set of 10kg dumbells...
Are using supplements and other things a good option, and if so, which ones would you recommend.?Health Question & Answer
