alright i got a gap between the 2 sides of my chest muscles how can i connect themHealth Question & Answer

Presumung your "gap"" means a difference in size, and not an open space, I'd say to vary your exercises. Bench pressing, low weight and high repititions, develops the pectorals, but you're making a common right-handed mistake, doing most of the pressing with the musculature on on the favored side of your body. Are you only doing bodybuilding.? No gymnastics, or other recreational activities.? Are you some narcissist who just wants big muscles, or do you actually enjoy being strong and healthy.?
Beware one-sided development exercises. You are on the way to becoming muscle-bound, and this philosophy can effect the few muscles on your head as well. Get a freind who's a martial artist to work with you. Since martial arts use both sides of the body, both get developed. also, you'll encounter people with excellent character, spiritually developed people. If you wish to develop your whole person, take up gung fu, judo, karate, aikido. As you develop your inner self, the outer side will lose importance.
Remember, as you age, you'll lose those muscles, either that, or they'll simply turn to lard, like happened to Dan Lurie, a famous bodybuilder. Hope this has helped.
