After a vasectomy the pleasure of the sexual act is generally increased for the male since the condom isn't a necessity and the concern about pregnancy is gone. She will probably have more enjoyment as well.
The procedure doesn't amount to much at all. It is however a really good excuse to lie around for a weekend, drink beer and watch TV. The recommendation usually is don't do any strenuous activity for a few days.

Major invasive surgery for a female, so lots more risk involved with having her tubes tied. I personally think any guy that has his wife get fixed instead of himself is a real wimp. A vasectomy is a quick outpatient procedure, and not nearly as much risk as cutting open a woman's abdomen. Though of course many women may get them if they are having an abdominal (caesarian) birth.
So buck up and discuss it with your wife, and tell her you will get a vasectomy. A urologist can tell you all the pros and cons. - cuz for a man they're only gonna like, make a very small incision in his scrotum & clip.
- but for the woman, they have 2 go through her belly 2 go tie her tubes, which of course will leave scars.

E I have heard that the dude having the surgery is easyer and safer than the girl there are different ways to have it done I have read about how they just poke a little hole in your nut sack and take care of it some still cut and stich search the internet and get all your options and the doctors in your area that perform the surgery that you want.

A vasectomy is usually a lot safer. The woman has to go under a general anaesthesia in order to get that procedure done. All the man has to do is to go through a local anaesthesia for a vasectomy.Health Question & Answer
