It is called gynecomastia. It is normal for puberty and will likely resolve as your hormones (estradiol) normalizes. Loosing the extra 25 pounds will lessen the effect. Do not touch your chest beyond washing.

hi, basically i was in the same position as u. the best thing is to do push ups but instead of normal speed. do it really slow and controlled. after doing them ur chest will seem tighter. do as many as u can and when it seems like u cant do anymore keep going. o and this alone wont work, you also have to eat extremely sensible and try swimming, good luck.Health Question & Answer
