Same energy amount of energy, but different feeling. why?!


Question: Same energy amount of energy, but different feeling. why.?
if i have the same amount of energy for doing certain tasks, why do i feel different once i start performing.?

for example, if it's 9 in the morning, and i'm playing a game of basketball with my friends, i feel energized and focused.

normally this is because i've had a good night's sleep, nutritious breakfast, and i've done nothing energy consuming prior to my game.

but if it's 9 in the morning and i'm in school, stuck in the classroom doing nothing but paperwork, i want to go to sleep because i feel like i haven't slept in days.

and this is also under the same kind of circumstances. same amount of rest, same breakfast, nothing energy consuming prior.

it just doesn't make any sense to me. i heard it has something to do with my level of interest, but i'd like other opinions.

Wow, I have been waiting to find some one with the same problem, you just can;t keep your eyes open at all. even if you want to stay awake in class so you will pass, you eyes close themselves.

This has to do with the fact (Depending on age) you don't ever sleep, when you sleep you are growing and it takes a lot of energy. ways to counter this feeling is to wake up early and be active, do some sit ups, push ups, walk to school/work. Eat a higher content of vitamin-C it helps too. I have found if you pay attention but keep working on something else it helps, drinking cold water, anything to stimulate yourself and regain interest. Don't resort to Caffine, you will become reliant on it, and if you do not get it you can start having Migraines, they suck. Just get up and be active, it helps.Health Question & Answer

It probably has something to do with the fact you are being active. The odd thing about exercisee sometimes is that it tends to wake you up and keep you more energized than saymeniall tasks at school. Health Question & Answer

you're day seems like a routine kid. go have fun, watch movies, see someone, crack jokes, do anything out of the usual..in that case, you'll end up looking forward with your itineraries the next day.Health Question & Answer
