Question: How many minutes a day should I run.? How many minutes a day should I lift weights.?
Should I run everyday.? Should I lift weights everyday.? I am overweight and I want to lose weight and gain muscle so I look more attractive, but how the heck am I supposed to lose weight if I need to eat a lot in order to gain muscle.? If I want to lose weight, do I even need to do anaerobic exercise (lifting).? How much time should I spend exercising.? I heard you're supposed to start running small distances and then work your way up to longer distances. By the way I'm trying to lose weight in order to get girls to notice me more.Health Question & Answer

i would run for about 45 minutes a day, or do some sort of medium-hard cardio...biking, swimming, other cardio machines......and weightlifting for at least 30 minutes if you wanna get buff...heavy weights

by the way...dont lose weight for us girls!! we notice guys with lots of confidence, approachable personalities, great smiles, nice skin, good style, nice hair too! if you have a hot bod that just adds to the greatness, but dont lose it just for the attention :)

The minimum required exercise/day is 30 mins walking ... make it your goal to do at least that every single day and then you can add more time or make it running later. also, don't lose weight too fast! you don't want excess skin hanging on ur sides. If you need encouragment then get a personal trainer ... or do kick-boxing, martial arts etc ... it's fun + burning fat at the same time! There are many books that have easy exercise schedules to follow, you can try that if you wanna exercise at home!
