so I know you said men only, but feel I should answer this question. First off, I'm a tomboy and I hang out with jock friends. We all race triathlon together and trust me, I have seen more varieties of chest, back and leg hair removal and reduction than I ever thought possible. My men claim that they do it to make it easier to get in and out of wetsuits and to make the spandex feel oh so much better. I know the truth - they're just vain.

I personally do not like the groomed man hair, but I am not so fond of the carpet either.

Here is my advice, if you are just a little hairy, some chest hair perhaps, do nothing. Chest hair is manly and sexy and really hot.

If you have a carpet of hair - like a big foot or a gorilla then some maintenance is necessary. I would never wax or sugar full on chest hair (40 year old virgin is accurate) I would trim with hair trimmers with at least the smallest guard attached.

If you have just a little back hair or back of your arms or too much for your liking around your bum, then I would go to a professional esthetician and get SUGARED not waxed. Many places do not do men, so you may need to call around or get your girlfriend to convince then to do you wherever she gets done.

That's what I think - but I'm just a girl...Health Question & Answer

The best is just to shave with a razor if you use a trimmer it will live little hairs that are poky!!!

IT wont grow up thicker! I tried that but I think it's just a myth otherwise wouldn't you think teenage boys who want mustaches would be shaving there little peach fuzz! HA HA

If you wanna empress her and have that sexy smooth skin on you chest waxing is the way to go but you can also get that by using a razor! Make sure you use shaving cream!!!! Waxing does hurt but it's easy it takes like 5 minutes tops! get it over with! And razors are not expensive! Health Question & Answer

If your nervous about shaving it all off then you should just trim it. There are men's body hair trimmers that you can try. Then if you decide to go all the way, then shave it.Health Question & Answer
