Last night i kept waking up in like 2 hour intervals and my head itched so bad.... i scratched it so much it felt so good.... then 20 seconds later i am scratching just as hard and it itched so much like lice was in it or something..... 20 sec ag itched even more.... 20 sec ag my head itched so much i was scracthing until my scalp hurt.... Anyway i thought i had lice i couldn't fall asleep.... but this morning i woke up and its not even itchy... was just some random itch at night wtf is that .?Health Question & Answer

You could be allergic too your pillow, it could be the feathers or down, or if they are old it could have dust mites.
I have to use synthetic pillows, feather pillows make my head break out in an itchy rash, I figured this out when I would visit my grandma when I was younger. I loved my grandma to death, but her pillows were feather and like 60 years old.Health Question & Answer

When was the last time you took a shower.? because not showering and not shampooing your hair. Try going to the pharmacy and buying a lice shampoo and put that in your hair.
