Phimosis question... ?!

Question: Phimosis question... .?
I'm a sexually active male (in my twenties) but i have phimosis (tight foreskin) or so i think.. i've been to a doctor who says yes it is tight..but the thing is, when i have sex, (my partner is fairly tight) the foreskin goes right back behind the head.
I was able to continue with slight discomfort until i came.. And didn't realise it had gone back until i pulled out. Getting it back over was a fair struggle..but i got it back using lube.
Now.. if it has been able to go back this far, and get it back, does this mean it isn't as tight as i first thought.? and what are the odds of paraphimosis if i got it back that first time.?
I will be getting a preputioplasty when my doctor finally gets round to referring me to a urologist..so it will be fixed in the near future. I was just wondering about the here and now.

If it went back, then it isn't exactly phimosis, your foreskin is just tight, or your frenulum is a little short.

Is the frenulum painful when the foreskin was pulled back while erect.?

It's doubtful at this point if you really need a preputioplasty, you don't have a severe case of phimosis, and most doctors are woefully ignorant about problems with the foreskin as a lot of them belong to the religions that try to impose circumcision on all males, and they make money from it, also.

I would suggest delaying having the preputioplasty, as it would appear that with some stretching, you will have full erect retraction and mobility of the foreskin, which will heighten your sexual enjoyment.

The movement of the foreskin also is beneficial to the woman, whose vaginal walls aren't abraded, as they are with a dry, circumcised penis that has no skin movement.

I would just try stretching sideways, using the fingers in the tightest part of the foreskin opening, doing this daily, probably morning and night, but not using too much force, as you could damage the penis, but just to the point of a very small amount of pain and discomfort.

And yes, if you don't do the stretching to widen the opening, there is the possibility of paraphimosis, so you need to do the stretching.

Don't let anyone talk you into circumcision, which damages the penis, destroys sexual sensitivity and can cause sexual dysfunction.

The best of luck to you.Health Question & Answer

If you are in discomfort during sex, that is a problem and not acceptable. I cannot tell from your question how sexually active you are-was this a one or two time event or has it happened dozens of times. If you have not had much sex then with time, the foreskin may loosen up. But if your doctor thinks you need preputioplasty, he is probably right.

You may find the attached article interesting. Read through it, as there is some medical jargon but there is some good stuff too.Health Question & Answer

this is one of those rare good reasons for getting a circumcision.
This is not to be like others, for some stupid idea about religion or cleanliness, if you could avoid mutilation, the removal of part of your penis, go for that iinstead.Health Question & Answer

just get circumsized, its easier
