Question: Will i grow Tall or not.?
hello......i'm 18 years,...but my height only 5.4'......will i grow 5.7 or 5.8
or not.?.?.?.?.?.?.?.?.? please can anyone say wat 2 do, so i grow tall.....!!!!

This are the answers i got for it........
u may grow half an inch more! u can wear elevator shoes which are available through various websites. u can also undergo cosmetic leg lengthening which will increase ur height by 2.5 inches!

If this gives you a good outlook then I have done my job. My ex was only 5'5 when he was 18 years old. He had a huge growth spurt in his 20's and he is now 6'1. Growth spurts are not done at the end of your teen years. So there is still hope. Good luck ;)

Now i don'T need 2 worry anymore....i was called for militry and.....and they checked me i'm 5'7 can't belive.....just in few week i growed.......the 2 ans..was true.,this is not a Q: its just 2 share..that ppl.know i'm not short anymore........Health Question & Answer

The only recomendation for growing taller is to eat a wide varity of foods. if you eat the same type of food everyday then you only gain the same combination of minerals and vitamins. With a wide diet you can gain all the nutrition you need to maxamise any growth you have left to make.
