Question: Are most guys in the southern usa circumsized or un-cut.?
i know that most of the men in the u.s. are cut but the number is decreasing. i live in south carolina and all the penises ive seen[[in the locker room]] are cut like mine.?Health Question & Answer

Like a previous poster said, most adult men in the south would be circumcised because it was so common in the 70's and 80's, but young boys and babies are mostly uncut now. People aren't doing it as much as they used to. The only place in the US where the majority of males are uncut is on the west coast (ie: California) where a majority of the population is Mexican and Asian. Health Question & Answer
