I hear alot of "Teens' hormones are raging," but I am not experiencing anything like that. My penis is small (AND I'M 14!!!!!!!!) but i have tons of hair. My voice is still high. It just seems i am messed up hormonally. Please tell me whether this is normal or not. If I like ur answer and u don't make fun of me for being a 'little kid' I'll make ur answer best. Bro' take a deep breath and relaaaaax... you're fine. Puberty takes a good FOUR years to establish, not four weeks. That you have a lot of pubes strongly suggests you are well into the swing of things; everything else will unfold in time.
Small penis size is fine, too. When you look down at yourself, it looks small - called foreshortening - and it's like looking through a telescope; the image compresses.
Voice breaking and vocal changes takes 2 years to happen, so go easy on it. You may be a tenor (like me) or you may have just recently started that process. If so, expect it to yo-yo somewhat over the next several months. At times you will start a sentence in a low voice, and end up high... that's how it goes. Some guys have a higher voice till later on (like my younger brother) but end up deeper. It's all down to genetics.
As for other people, try not to let it bother you. Some people are small in a big way, is all.

You say you have lots of hair and I assume this is not just on your head .?.? This being the case then you have actually started puberty
Puberty is a process and not an overnight occurrence and not all guys develop at the same age or to the same timetable
Sure you may be a bit late , but that can happen and many young guys feel insecure about their body so that is not unusual either
I know it can be difficult with peer pressure etc but try and be patient and your development will come along quite soon . If by 15 you are still worried and if you haven't yet experienced orgasm it could be time to ask your parents to take you for medical advice as some guys just need some testosterone boost to get them moving along , but do not panic you will be fineHealth Question & Answer

don't worry man! your not abnormal, your just late to that stage of puberty. this kid i know on my swim team didnt get hair under his arms untill last year, and he's a junior in high school. Youre still very young and in time you will be seeing changes (within the next 4 years). It is really nothing to worry about. It can be quite embarrassing but you will soon have your deep voice your larger.. member.Health Question & Answer
